AI Visibility

When someone asks an AI tool for a lawyer who does what you do, where you practice, who gets named? AI Visibility answers that question with evidence, closes the gaps it finds, and then keeps your share of those answers growing. It runs in three phases, and each phase stands on its own: take the report and stop, hand the fix list to your own web person, or keep the loop running month to month.

If the measurement phase does not surface at least five specific fixes, it is free.

What is included

  • Measure: a panel of 15 to 30 questions matched to your practice area and location, run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews, with screenshots and a competitor citation comparison.
  • Measure: a technical crawl of your site the way the engines read it: AI crawler access, structured data, server rendering, and llms.txt.
  • Fix: structured data for the firm and each named attorney, corrected crawler access, llms.txt, and answer-first restructuring of your top pages, delivered as redlines you approve before anything changes.
  • Fix: directory and Google Business Profile cleanup across the sources AI engines actually cite.
  • Maintain: monthly citation tracking, with your share of the answers trended against named competitors.
  • Maintain: two to four content pieces per month targeting measured gaps, drafted with the bar advertising rules in mind and published under your byline only after you adopt them.

How it runs

  • Measure (1 to 2 weeks): the question panel and site crawl run; you get a written report, a prioritized fix list, and a walkthrough call.
  • Fix (2 to 3 weeks): the technical and structural gaps close; every change is verified live and every page edit is approved by you first.
  • Maintain (month to month): the loop runs monthly: measure where you appear, publish against the gaps, report the movement in plain English. No annual contract.
  • Stop whenever the evidence stops earning it. Each phase stands alone, and the next one is there when you want it.

What you get

A written evidence report showing where your firm appears (and does not) across four AI platforms, the technical foundation deployed and verified, and, if you keep the loop running, a monthly citation report with content you approved under your byline.

Measurement takes 1 to 2 weeks, fixes 2 to 3 weeks, and maintenance runs month to month. Meaningful share-of-voice movement typically takes 3 to 6 months; the monthly report shows the leading indicators sooner.

A good fit if

  • You want to know, with evidence, whether AI tools recommend your firm or your competitors.
  • You pay for SEO and cannot tell whether it covers AI search.
  • You have quit an agency before because you could not tell what they did all month.

Not the right fit if

  • You want guaranteed rankings or citations. No honest provider sells those.
  • Your site's platform locks the page structure. The measurement flags this early; sometimes the honest answer is a rebuild.

Examples

  • A three-attorney injury firm asks why ChatGPT names two competitors for accident questions in its county and never names it. The measurement traces the answer to a firewall silently blocking AI crawlers and pages with no structured data, both closed in the fix phase.
  • A family law firm ranks on page one of Google but never appears in AI answers. The evidence shows its pages bury the answer under long preambles, while every cited competitor answers the question in the first paragraph.
  • An injury firm's monthly report shows which questions its pages got cited for, which questions competitors still win, and the two pieces queued next month to contest exactly those.

What is not included

  • Guaranteed placements, rankings, or citations.
  • Paid advertising management.
  • A site rebuild. If the evidence says the site itself is the problem, that is a Web Design engagement.
  • Any legal or ethics advice.
