JurisLabs

Common questions about AI in your law practice

Straight answers on safety, cost, and what JurisLabs does, for solo and small firms weighing AI.

Is it safe to put client information into AI tools?

With the right tools and the right configuration, yes. The wrong setup can expose confidences or feed them to a model that trains on them. Getting that part right is the whole point of working with someone who understands how a firm has to handle data. JurisLabs uses tools that do not train on your data, and controls exactly what goes where.

Could AI get me sanctioned?

It can if you file a hallucinated citation, as a few lawyers have learned in public. The fix is process: AI drafts, a human verifies, and nothing gets filed that has not been checked. That checkpoint is built into every workflow.

Do you give legal advice?

No, and this matters. JurisLabs is a technology consultancy, not a law firm. It builds and configures AI. It does not give legal advice, and contacting it does not create an attorney-client relationship. The legal background informs how your data gets handled, nothing more.

Do I need to replace the tools I already use?

No. The goal is to work with Clio and the rest of your stack, not around it. AI gets added where it helps and connected to what you already run.

I am a solo with no IT person. Is this for me?

Especially you. The less in-house tech support a practice has, the more it gains from getting this set up right and safely the first time. That gap is the whole reason JurisLabs exists.

What does it cost?

Fees are agreed up front and scoped to your firm, with no meters and no surprise invoices. Tell JurisLabs a little about your practice and you will get a direct quote. See the pricing page to ask.
